What is it? It’s a day of giving and receiving. Unity Church of the Light encourages members and friends to leave unwanted, unneeded, gently used items for others to take home, absolutely free! One person’s trash is another person’s treasure! It’s like a big yard sale, without the “sale”. When the event is over, leftover items are donated to the Yarmouth Swap Meet.

 

Why do it? To share in a community prosperity practice and to be more efficient in the use of our Earth’s resources. It’s a form of recycling.

 

Who can participate? You and anyone you would like to bring or invite.

 

What does it cost? There is no admission fee and no money will be exchanged for the goods. If you have something to give, give it. If you see something you would like, accept it.

When’s it happening? Saturday, April 21st, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

 

What can I give? Anything that is clean and in good enough shape that you would feel good about giving them to a friend.

 

When can I give it? Items may be dropped off Friday, April 20th, from 10 am to 2 pm, or by special arrangement.
